Subject	Help Translating Tomei cam card

Message	Hi guys I am putting my engine back together after we discovered the source of the problem. Which was a bad install of the valve guides. Anyways If igured I degree my motor but upon inspecting this cam card I realize that its fairly vague. Can someone tell me what all the numbers represent. And if the lift is it at .00 or .10 or .20? I sent timz an email but I haven't heard back from him I would mind his input one what he found.
